In addition to producing existing talent including Harry Hill, Sean Lock, Lee Mack, Frank Skinner, John Oliver and all Avalon client shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, gaining Perrier Awards for The Mighty Boosh, Garth Marenghi and Al Murray, I scouted for new talent and ran The Daily Telegraph Open Mic Award, a yearly regional Stand Up comedy competition which built to a celebrity judged final held at the Edinburgh Festival.
